ConQuest Journals Rewards | FAQs

Learn more about earning Points, redeeming rewards, referrals, and member perks.

Do I need an account to participate in the Rewards Program?
Yes. Join the Con*Quest Journals Loyalty Rewards Program for free, or sign in to your existing account to start earning and redeeming Rewards Points.
How do I earn Points?
You can earn Points by signing up, shopping, following us on social media, writing product reviews, and celebrating your birthday! You'll earn 5 Points for every $1 spent, plus bonus Points during special promotions.
How do I redeem Points?
Redeem your points for Rewards that can be used toward future purchases. 100 Points = $1 OFF your next order. When you Redeem your Points, you'll receive a discount code to enter at checkout on your next order. If you Redeem a Reward for a discount code but don't use it right away, don't worry – you won't lose it. Just log back into your Rewards Account to find your code.
Can I use my Rewards with other discounts or offers?
Rewards codes cannot be combined with general promo codes, such as email sign-up, thank-you, or welcome-back offers. However, if you have more than one Rewards code, you can use those together on the same order.
