Refund policy

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We have a 30 day return policy. Once we receive the returned order, we will refund your payment method for the cost of the product and taxes collected. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and customers are responsible for return shipping. 

You can easily initiate a return by logging into your account (top right of website) by providing the email address associated with your order. When you login, you will find your previous orders and can follow the prompts to initiate a return. If you have any additional questions or need assistance, please contact info@conquestjournal.com. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but we ship orders quickly, typically next day. Once an order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Yes, you can cancel all or a portion of your order prior to shipment. We are not able to add products to an existing order as we don’t have your payment information to process additional charges. If you need to make a change to your order, please send an email to info@conquestjournal.com.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact info@conquestjournal.com. We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and will work with you to exchange the damaged product or refund your order.   

Refunds and Exchanges for International orders

If an order is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for product that is in re-sellable condition. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges, and we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by any additional fees related to the return of the product. We will not issue any refunds for International orders that are lost or destroyed. If an order is rejected by Customs and the cost to return the product to Con*Quest Journals is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no refund issued for the order. If the products are seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the products.
