What makes Con*Quest Journals unique?

The most unique thing about Con*Quest Journals is that we were fans before we were a business. We call what we do "Officially Licensed Fan Art." We didn’t have a successful company that secured licenses. We were fans that secured licenses and then created the business around those licenses. We create products that we want to use and we are very picky. We scrutinize every detail of every product. We create premium fandom products for fans like us - that is our difference and it shows in every product that we create and the smiles on our customers faces 🙂

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return your order, please contact ted@conquestjournal.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Once we receive the returned order, we will refund your payment method for the cost of the product and taxes collected. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please do not return a product without contacting us first.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders M-F. Most orders are shipped on the next business day.

What are the shipping options?

USPS Priority Mail is the main shipping option available for US orders over 1 lb. Priority Mail provides a tracking number and 2-3 day delivery to most US locations. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships - make sure to provide an accurate email when you order!

First class mail is an option for US orders under 1 lb., but this is not a trackable method and you will not receive a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

We operate our own warehouse and ship most products next day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a follow up email from us with tracking information. Please note that first class mail does not include tracking. Our communications are sent to the email used with the order, please make sure to check that email account for our communications, or your spam folder.

What do I do if I never received my order?

We want to make sure that you receive your order and will do everything possible to make sure that happens. If your tracking information shows “delivered”  and you don’t have your order, it is imperative that you quickly follow up with your mail carrier to try and locate the package. Your mail carrier is your best resource for locating a lost package that has been “delivered”. Once an order is marked “delivered” by USPS, our obligation is complete.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but we ship orders quickly, typically next day. Once an order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Yes, you can cancel all or a portion of your order prior to shipment. We are not able to add products to an existing order as we don’t have your payment information to process additional charges. If you need to make a change to your order, please send an email to ted@conquestjournal.com.

Where is Conquest Journals located?

Our offices and warehouse are located in Indianapolis, IN. Our corporate office is located in Seattle, WA.

Where are your products sold?

Our products can be found in store and/or on-line at Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Hot Topic, Box Lunch, Universal Theme Parks and Resorts and many wonderful boutique shops across the US.

Is this officially licensed product?

Yes, we are officially licensed with Warner Bros Consumer Products and ITV Studios.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact ted@conquestjournal.com. We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and will work with you to exchange the damaged product or refund your order.   

I live outside of North America, why can’t I order your products?

Our licenses only allow us to ship our products within North America. Some of our international customers are able to find our products on Amazon while some have a friend or family member in the US buy and ship the product for them. There are also shopping services like Parcl that will acquire and ship products for international customers.  

Why can't I order/why are shipping methods not available?

Our licenses only allow us to ship our products within North America. If there are no shipping options available, we can't ship to your address.

International Shipping Methods and Fees

Orders are shipped via USPS  to the US and Canada. We are not licensed to sell outside of this area at the moment. The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.

Order Value

To comply with International laws, Con*Quest Journals will state the full value of your order on the Commercial invoice and any other paperwork submitted to customs, minus any charges for shipping.

Customs and Import Regulations

Con*Quest Journals will not be liable for orders that are refused or held by customs. We encourage you to contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing the applicable regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even the order being rejected by Customs. It is important to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Refunds and Exchanges for International orders

If an order is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for product that is in re-sellable condition. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges, and we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by any additional fees related to the return of the product. We will not issue any refunds for International orders that are lost or destroyed. If an order is rejected by Customs and the cost to return the product to Con*Quest Journals is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no refund issued for the order. If the products are seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the products.
