What is Con*Quest Journals?
Our business began with an idea for a completely original product: a journal to collect and protect all of the photos, autographs, comics, art, notes and stories you get when you go to a fan, gaming and comic convention. The construction is a custom 3-ring binder, with custom sized acid free card-stock pages and Ultra Pro sleeves inside. Yes, it’s a con binder. But we call it a journal because you can do so much more with it. We quickly added a great canvas tote bag to carry your journal and stickers with which to embellish it.
We have expanded our line to include experiential journals and creative accessories that give you a way to create your own unique collectibles from your favorite fandoms.
How big are they?
The dimensions are on every product information page. The journals (binders) are essentially 10″ x 12″ with a 3/4″ D or round ring and no boosters. The pages are 9-1/8″ x 11-1/2″ and will not fit in a standard binder (sorry about that!)
Who do I contact?
We have a contact form here but you can email me too: email@example.com. Keep in mind, if we are working at conventions or traveling, a response might be slightly delayed.
Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being received. If you select media mail, the order is not trackable and is non-refundable if it is lost.
International Shipping Methods and Fees
Orders are shipped via USPS to most locations. The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
To comply with International laws, Con*Quest Journals will state the full value of your order on the Commercial invoice and any other paperwork submitted to customs, minus any charges for shipping.
Customs and Import Regulations
Con*Quest Journals will not be liable for orders that are refused or held by customs. We encourage you to contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing the applicable regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even the order being rejected by Customs. It is important to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
Refunds and Exchanges for International orders
If an order is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for product that is in re-sellable condition. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges, and we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by any additional fees related to the return of the product. We will not issue any refunds for International orders that are lost or destroyed. If an order is rejected by Customs and the cost to return the product to Con*Quest Journals is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no refund issued for the order. If the products are seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the products.
