Last weekend I vended at Creation Entertainment’s Supernatural Nashville convention. It was my first con this year without my business partner, Ted, and I was pretty freaked out about that. But our fantastic artist and friend, Tracey Gurney, was with me the whole time and our tables were together. We teamed up and both had fantastic shows! The icing on the cake was when a customer, who was wearing her Carry On tote bag holding her Hunter’s Journal, was the last one to ask a question during the J2 panel and Jared grabbed her bag and journal! He held them for a bit on stage and that’s pretty freaking fantastic. Thank you Nashville and we can’t wait to see our SPN family in Vegas!

Gen Con® and Con*Quest Journals Together Again for New Gaming Journals

INDIANAPOLIS (February 4, 2016) Con*Quest Journals™ is excited to announce a two year license agreement with Gen Con®, The Best Four Days in Gaming™, for Gen Con branded Con*Quest Gaming Journals, tote bags, mini journals, and tabletop gaming pages.

“We are thrilled to license with Gen Con for the next two years.” said Shelley Harper, Con*Quest Journals partner and Indiana native. “We had great success with our first licensed Gen Con journal last year. We’re creating a new design for 2016, along with new pages and accessories.”

This year’s Gen Con Con*Quest Journal will feature the Gen Con logo with new original artwork themed on the game that started it all on custom quality binders. The journals will include newly designed pages based on feedback gathered from the gaming community, with themed pages for notes, demos, photos and more, plus protective sleeves and business card pages. A coordinating custom long handled tote bag will be designed to carry journals, dice and convention necessities. Attendees can capture every moment of The Best Four Days in Gaming™ in one place. Once the design has been finalized, all merchandise will be available for pre-order.

“The team at Gen Con is proud to continue our partnership with Con*Quest Journals through 2017,” said Scott Elliott, Gen Con’s Vice President of Business Development. “Gen Con attendees can preserve their memories of The Best Four Days In Gaming™, and will be able to count on selecting a consistent, quality product each year.”

Pre-orders and advanced shipping will begin in late spring. Visit conquestjournal.com or Quest_Journals on Twitter for more information on the new designs and timelines as they become available.

Carry On bag and quick Road So Far journal vid

We wanted to make a bag to carry around your Road So Far Hunter’s Journal that is just as cool as the journal is. Our favorite artist Tracey Gurney created a design to do just that for our long handled convention tote bag! Our custom canvas bag features a black protection symbol sun, Carry On in the center, and the angelic handprint silk screened on the front, two inside pockets, black stitching and an extra long handle. At only $12, you’ll want to grip it tight and raise from perdition for your next convention! ORDER HERE.

At conventions, we have our journals sitting out on the tables for everyone to flip through and get ideas for their own journals. At the Creation Entertainment Supernatural conventions, I’ve had customers take pictures of our journal so they could remember our layouts. For anyone who didn’t get those pictures or who just wants to see ours, I made a quick video where I flip through our favorite journal and put it on Youtube! View it HERE.

We’re going to be adding more new merch to the site, so follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and watch for our announcements!

Thank you so much for all of the support!

<3 Shelley
